Support and self gained insight and strategies for parents of autistic and ADHD children—because you deserve clarity, not chaos.
Parenting a neurodivergent child isn’t something you can prepare for with a parenting book or the advice of well-meaning friends. You’re navigating meltdowns, sensory differences, school meetings, medical appointments and a world that doesn’t always understand your child.
All children are individual and have very different needs but this is even more so for our children. So while we continue to play detective and learn how to best support our child’s ever changing needs, it’s no wonder you feel overwhelmed, isolated, and constantly left second-guessing yourself.
Not to forget, exhausted from what feels like an endless fight trying to access the right support for your child, and let’s be honest you still have regular family life to manage too. And that alone leaves most parents frazzled!
You’re not alone and don’t have to figure this out on your own.
I work with parents of autistic and ADHD children, parents like you! Working one to one, helping you to:
Feel more confident and empowered in your parenting decisions.
Empower and enable you to find your own personalised strategies that actually work for your family.
Reduce overwhelm and reconnect with what matters.
Identify your own needs, and create strategies to enable you to feel more supported and regulated as an individual in your own right.
Feel more confident and equipped when advocating for your child.
Build a home life that feels calmer and more connected.
But above all I help you to identify the strengths and needs of you, and your family, and facilitate a safe, welcoming, judgment free space to explore. Whilst helping you to move forward feeling clearer, calmer and more in control.
This is not a one-size-fits-all program. You bring your experience. I bring compassionate guidance, lived knowledge, and tools that we shape together
You might be a good fit for coaching if:
Your child has a diagnosis or is in the process of being assessed and you’re feeling lost, overwhelmed or isolated.
You’re tired of trying to “do it all” without support.
You want strategies, but not cookie-cutter advice.
You’re ready to find a way forward that actually works for your unique family.
You want to feel empowered as a SEND/ALN parent.
Parents who feel they too may be neurodivergent and want to explore this further.
You are fed up with feeling completely alone and overwhelmed and you want to start caring for you too, building strategies to support your own personal needs and improve your own wellbeing.
Here’s how we’ll work together:
1:1 Coaching Sessions (via Zoom): Focused time, dedicated time just for you, to explore challenges, build strategies, and celebrate wins. Friendly, welcoming and a judgement free space, free to explore.
Personalised Support: You’ll leave each session with clarity and actionable steps.
Email Support Between Sessions (optional): For those moments when you just need to ask a question or vent.
Coaching is not a quick fix, it requires reflection and action between sessions. The real magic happens in the growth and progress between sessions.
It is not me telling or advising you what to do but facilitating a safe space, which enables you to explore and find the right strategies for you and your family.
This is our 1:1 coaching space, working with one parent, consistently throughout our time together.
