We created this space because we know how isolating it can feel when you're parenting a neurodivergent child or multiple in our case.

Sat waiting for what feels like forever, on the assessment and diagnosis pathway, desperately waiting for support, only for your child to finally get a diagnosis and then be sent on your way, with not much more than a leaflet.

The uncertainty, the lack of trusted guidance, the feeling that nobody really gets it, can leave you feeling completely overwhelmed and alone, not sure what to do for the best.

Nurture and Navigate, is a safe, understanding space created by two mums who between them have EIGHT neurodivergent children, and who are also neurodivergent themselves and BOTH qualified professionals already supporting families 1:1. Who between them bring a wealth of experience and expertise, not just from a text book but everyday lived experience. 

Kertrina is a qualified coach supporting parents of autistic/ADHD children, and Kellyanne a trained PIP/DLA advisor and certified autism and anxiety sleep specialist.

And we know that what helps most isn't more information, it's connection, real talk, and knowing you're not alone.

We wanted to create something different, something with you in mind, something that nurtured you as a parent and empowered you to navigate your parenting journey.
