You're constantly overwhelmed, exhausted or firefighting.
You're trying to support your child, manage everyone else's needs and keep everything going, while quietly wondering:
"What about me?"
Perhaps you've read the books, joined the groups, searched Google at 2am and listened to countless opinions about what you should be doing.
But somehow you're still thinking:
"I don't know what I'm doing."
"Why does everything feel so hard?"
"Am I getting this wrong?"
"Everyone else seems to know what they're doing."
"What worked last month isn't working anymore."
"I just want someone to help me make sense of all of this."
You might feel lost, stuck, isolated or like you're failing.
Perhaps you're tired of trying to fit your family into expectations that simply don't seem to fit.
And perhaps, underneath all of that, there's a quiet thought:
"There has to be another way."
There can be.
But it probably isn't another magic strategy.
What if you need to stop believing you're a failing one?
Neurodivergent parenting isn't about finding the one perfect strategy that will solve everything.
Because your child will grow.
Their needs will change.
Your family's circumstances will change.
You will change too.
What works today might not work six months from now.
And that's okay.
Rather than giving you another list of things you should be doing, I'll help you develop the confidence and skills to understand, explore, adapt and advocate as your family's needs evolve.
Because the goal isn't a perfect family.
It's a family that can thrive in its own way, most days.
Your child matters.
But so do you.
You are more than a parent.
Your physical health matters.
Your mental wellbeing matters.
Your identity matters.
Your relationships matter.
Your capacity matters.
Your needs matter.
You shouldn't have to disappear completely into SEND parenting.
You shouldn't have to wait until you're at breaking point before you're allowed to say:
"I need help."
And asking for help doesn't mean you've failed.
Sometimes there won't be an answer.
Sometimes there won't be a quick solution.
Sometimes things will simply be hard.
But you don't have to face those moments alone.
My coaching will make you feel
Safe • Seen • Supported.
You don't have to worry about being judged.
I'm not going to tell you that you're doing it wrong.
I'm not going to give you a one-size-fits-all parenting programme and expect you to make your family fit it.
And I'm not going to pretend that there's a magic cure.
Instead, I'll be your guiding hand, helping you explore what is happening, understand what you and your family need, and discover what might work for you.
You lead. I guide.
We'll explore your own ideas and possible solutions first.
Where I have relevant knowledge, experience or insight that may help, I'll ask permission before sharing it.
Then we'll explore together:
"Could this work for your family?"
Because something that works beautifully for another family might be completely wrong for yours.
Your 3-month coaching journey
This isn't a rigid programme where everyone follows exactly the same path.
Your family is unique.
Your coaching journey should be too.
Session 1
Let's start where you are
Your first session is a space to brain dump.
You don't need to organise your thoughts beforehand.
Bring the messy bits.
The worries.
The things you're struggling with.
The things you don't understand.
The things you've been trying to work out on your own.
We'll get to know you, explore what's happening and begin to understand what you'd like to feel or experience differently.
And we'll start by considering you, because it's very difficult to think, process and problem-solve when you're completely overwhelmed.
Sessions 2–7
Your journey, your family, your needs
From there, our remaining sessions will be shaped around what you bring.
We'll use my W.H.O.L.E. Family Framework quietly underneath our work, helping us consider:
Your wellbeing and needs
Neuro-affirming understanding
Your child's individual needs and strengths
Siblings and wider family relationships
Your support network and "village"
Letting go of unrealistic expectations
Finding what actually works for your family
Building confidence and advocacy skills
Learning to adapt as needs change
You don't have to work through these in a particular order.
We follow you.
What might we explore together?
Every family will be different, but coaching might include:
Understanding yourself
Exploring who you are beyond being a parent and recognising your own needs, capacity, strengths and wellbeing.
If you're wondering whether you might be neurodivergent yourself, we can acknowledge and explore how your own needs may affect family life — without turning this coaching into diagnosis or assessment.
Understanding your child
Becoming curious about what your child may be communicating through their behaviour, needs, strengths and differences.
Rather than asking:
"How do I make my child behave differently?"
we might explore:
"What are they telling us, and what might they need?"
Finding your family's way
Letting go of the idea that there is one "right" way to parent.
Exploring what works for your actual family, rather than comparing yourself with families online or trying to meet unrealistic expectations.
Siblings and wider family
Exploring sibling needs, young carer experiences and family relationships.
Finding ways to help the people around your family understand neurodivergence and become genuinely supportive.
Advocacy
Learning to communicate your needs and your child's needs to the people around you without feeling like you're being difficult, demanding or a burden.
Building confidence to ask questions, seek appropriate support and trust your own observations.
Building your village
Identifying the people who genuinely help.
Finding appropriate peer, community and professional support.
Learning that not all help is helpful, and giving yourself permission to step away from support that leaves you feeling worse.
Between your sessions, you won't be completely on your own
Your coaching journey includes light-touch support between sessions.
Depending on what is useful for you, this may include:
WhatsApp or email support for brief questions, reflections or updates.
Optional reflective exercises if you want to explore something further.
Relevant resources and signposting where I think something may be helpful.
And anything that needs deeper exploration can come into our next coaching session.
This isn't an always-on service and you won't be expected to message me constantly.
The aim is continuity and support - not another source of pressure.
What could be different after three months?
I can't promise that your family will suddenly have no challenges.
That's not realistic.
What I can help you develop is the confidence to navigate those challenges differently.
You may find yourself:
Feeling calmer
Because you have more space to think rather than constantly feeling like you're in survival mode.
Understanding yourself better
Recognising that your needs matter too, and that looking after yourself isn't selfish.
Feeling more confident as a parent
Knowing you don't have to be perfect to be a good enough parent.
Trusting yourself more
Becoming more comfortable listening to your instincts and observations rather than constantly wondering what everyone else thinks.
Becoming more adaptable
Understanding that neurodivergent parenting is a marathon, not a sprint and developing the confidence to adjust when things change.
Advocating with greater confidence
Communicating your needs and your family's needs without feeling like a burden.
Asking for help
Knowing that you don't have to do everything yourself.
Building your village
Having people around you who understand, support and celebrate your family without judgement.
And perhaps most importantly...
Feeling less alone.
Imagine being able to say...
"I understand my family better now."
"I don't feel like I'm constantly failing."
"I know what I can do when things change."
"I can ask for help without feeling guilty."
"I can advocate for my child and myself."
"I don't need to do everything perfectly."
"I can actually enjoy my family."
"I've got this."
Because that's ultimately what I want you to take away from our work:
You've got this. You're doing better than you think.
And you don't have to do it alone.
What makes this different?
This isn't about fixing your child.
It's not about fixing you.
It's not about making your family look "normal".
It's not about behaviour charts, endless parenting rules or trying to force your child into a world that wasn't designed around their needs.
It's about understanding, curiosity, strengths, connection and finding what works for your unique family.
My approach is informed by:
Coaching training and experience
Advanced neurodiversity in coaching training
Level 5 Neurodiverse Family Coaching training
My experience supporting neurodivergent families
My work as founder of Autism & ADHD Parent Support UK CIC
My experience delivering the neuro-affirming Cothu parenting programme
My own lived experience of neurodivergence and family life
But I don't believe that makes me the expert on your family.
You know your family.
I'll bring my knowledge, experience and coaching skills.
You bring you.
And together, we'll explore what might work.
Who is this coaching for?
This could be right for you if you:
✓ Parent an autistic, ADHD or otherwise neurodivergent child
✓ Feel lost, overwhelmed, stuck or exhausted
✓ Know something needs to change but don't know where to start
✓ Are tired of trying to find the "right" answer
✓ Want a personalised approach rather than another one-size-fits-all solution
✓ Are open to being curious and exploring different possibilities
✓ Want to understand your child's needs and your own
✓ Want to move away from deficit-based thinking
✓ Want to celebrate your family rather than feel like you need to fix it
✓ Want to become more confident advocating for yourself and your family
✓ Are willing to explore rather than expecting a magic cure
✓ Want to build a support network that genuinely helps
This probably isn't for you if...
You're looking for someone to tell you exactly what to do.
You're looking for a guaranteed solution or "fix".
You want someone to diagnose your child or yourself.
Or you're not ready to consider that there may be a different way of looking at your family's situation.
That's okay.
This coaching is about partnership, exploration and finding your way.

Perhaps you know:
"Something needs to change, but I don't know what."
Bring the whole messy picture.
We'll explore what's going on, untangle some of the overwhelm and identify realistic action steps that you choose for yourself.
You don't need to arrive with a goal.
We'll start where you are.
If, afterwards, you decide that you'd like ongoing support, we can explore whether the 3-month coaching journey feels right for you.
There's no obligation.
A note about coaching
Coaching isn't therapy, medical treatment, diagnosis or crisis support.
I won't diagnose you or your child, and I won't tell you what medical, therapeutic or educational intervention your family "should" have.
Where something falls outside my role, I'll encourage appropriate professional support or signposting.
My role is to provide a safe, supportive coaching space where you can explore your experiences, understand your needs, consider possibilities and develop confidence in finding your family's unique way forward.
You don't need to have it all figured out.
You don't need to know exactly what you need.
You don't need to be a perfect parent.
You don't need to have the answers.
You just need to know that you don't want to keep feeling this way.
I'll be the guiding hand beside you while we work out what comes next.
Safe. Seen. Supported.
You've got this.
