Discover a different way to support your autistic child with Cothú, a 5-week neuro-affirming parenting programme, created by AUsome training. Designed by autistic people, for parents. Instead of focusing on “managing behaviour,” this course helps you truly understand your child’s experience, build connection, and support them to thrive in a way that honors who they are.

Across five weekly sessions, you’ll gain practical tools, fresh insights, and a deeper understanding of what it means to be autistic from an authentic, neurodiversity-affirming perspective. You’ll also connect with other parents in a welcoming, judgement free space and build peer support and connections

Delivered but a licensed trainer, who is not only autistic herself but parent to four neurodivergent children.
