Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

   • Open to small businesses, makers, and crafters based in the UK who sell products suitable for Christmas gifting.

   • All listings are subject to approval by Autism & ADHD Parent Support UK CIC. We reserve the right to decline submissions that do not align with our values or community standards.

2. Listing Fee

   • The fee to be included in the guide is £5 per business.

   • This fee is a non-refundable donation to Autism & ADHD Parent Support UK CIC, a not-for-profit organisation.

3. What’s Included

   • Each listing will include your business name, logo or photo (up to 3 of your choosing), a short description (around three sentences), and one link to your website or social media.

   • Listings will appear in the digital guide, which will be shared publicly via our website, email newsletter, and social media channels.

4. Content Submission

   • Businesses must provide accurate and complete information by the published deadline.

   • By submitting content, you grant Autism & ADHD Parent Support UK CIC permission to use your images and text in the guide and related promotions.

5. Publication and Distribution

   • The Digital Christmas Shopping Guide will be available to the public free of charge and distributed online.

   • While we will promote the guide widely, our organisation cannot guarantee individual sales or traffic outcomes.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

   • As this is a fundraising initiative, listing fees are non-refundable once payment has been made.

   • If your submission is declined, your payment will be refunded in full.

7. Use of Funds

   • All proceeds from listings will go directly towards supporting the ongoing work and community projects of Autism & ADHD Parent Support UK CIC, of which you can find out more about on our website or Facebook Group / Page.

8. Copyright, Legality, and Prohibited Content

   • You must only submit images, text, and materials that you own or have full rights to use.

   • Listings must not include or promote any copyrighted, trademarked, or counterfeit items, or any products that breach intellectual property laws.

   • Illegal, harmful, offensive, or misleading content will not be accepted.

   • Autism & ADHD Parent Support UK CIC reserves the right to refuse listing items that violate these terms without refund.
